Trick or Treat! Are you prepared for Halloween? We thought we would share some expert advice with you on how to manage your food intolerances in time for Halloween. Not just you though, if your child is over the age of 5, then they can also take an intolerance test to identify whether or not they can consume what they want on what should be a great day for all! We know how difficult it can be for some adults and their children on Halloween, mainly due to the fact that many sweets contain gluten, and this is never a good thing!

Gluten Free Treats for Halloween
Taste the rainbow with Skittles, which are all gluten free and are also incredibly tasty in the eyes of many, Add to that some Starburst and your child will have the time of their life. Obviously, all in moderation as all sweets and treats can be bad for your teeth and health if too much is consumed, including maple syrup! If you would like the added bonus of eating some of the tastiest and delicious sweets around, then Skittles and Starburst could be the perfect Halloween for you!
A surprise for many is that most Haribo products are actually gluten free. Although they are not always suitable for vegetarians, Haribo makes sure that their sweets are perfectly labeled, meaning your kids and even yourself can consume some of the tastiest sweets around. Although Haribo is not always gluten free, so you should be careful of this fact. If your child or yourself does have a gluten intolerance, then please stay away from the following: Black Licorice Wheels, RFruity Pasta, Pico-Balla, Allsorts. There are many other Haribo treats which are not gluten free so we do recommend that you avoid them altogether.
